Classic :: White Off the Shoulder Dress

Happy Wednesday Loves!

After much complaining and struggling with my computer (it’s about 6 years old!), I have finally purchased a new MacBook Pro!! You guys have no idea how happy I am and how easy it was to work on this post because my computer actually worked with me and worked as quickly as I do. Plus, I was able to actually move my mouse rather than it moving without me. I’m currently feeling super inspired to create new content since I have this brand spankin’ new laptop with a bigger screen!

As I was editing and reviewing all of my summer photos, I noticed I wore too many white dresses. Now, don’t get me wrong, at the beginning of the summer all I wanted to wear was off the shoulder white dresses and I don’t regret any of my purchases. I also always want Live Laugh Linda to be a true reflection of my style so since I’ve been obsessed with white everything. it’s what I’ve featured. But, I also don’t want to get too repetitive so I told myself to not purchase any more white pieces and add some more color into my life.

Welp, seeing as how you just scrolled through another round of white dress photos, that promise to myself didn’t last very long. I ventured out to Williamsburg, Brooklyn one weekend for an event and since I had never been to that area of BK, I decided to wander around. I stumbled upon what I thought was the cutest coffee shop ever, only to notice that they sold clothing as well.

The Vale Collective is definitely a one stop shop if you’re visiting Williamsburg. They have an outside seating area if you’re looking to rest for a few minutes, a coffee shop inside that has the yummiest iced salted caramel latte, the cutest selection of clothes and accessories, an outside garden to relax and drink coffee and the nicest Instagram-worthy bathroom if you need a quick touch up before you head on your way. Plus the customer service is superb, which I think is super important!

As I was wandering around the store, I spotted this dress and this dress and couldn’t help but try them on and instantly fell in love. So here we are, with yet another white dress, but guyssss I don’t have anything like this (I think!) so it doesn’t count right?! I added my Anya Hindmarch bag for a fun quirky pop to an otherwise simple and classic look.
