What do you get when you take a pair of Levi’s jeans with a flirty little white top? The perfect All American Levi’s Look, just in time for the Fourth of July.
Whose actually not mad that it’s Monday? This girl! And that is because it’s a three day work week for me. I’m taking the day off this Thursday and Friday to enjoy a long weekend before the Fourth of July. I’m excited to rest & relax especially after a jam-packed weekend. On Friday, I had to take my chubby little chihuahua Kenny to the vet because he has an eye infection. For those of you who don’t know, Kenny is actually my boyfriend’s dog and he is currently in Puerto Rico on a family vacation. As much as I love having Kenny over, I think he’s missing his daddy so he’s been a bit down lately.
On Saturday, I shot some looks for the blog and worked on a few videos for my YouTube channel. I filmed one video twice and I’m pretty sure I’m gonna scrap it and try to film it again because I’m so picky and my biggest critic. And on Sunday, my mom, Kenny and I attended The NYC Pride Parade where we walked with my mom’s company. My best friend is gay and I love the LGBTQ community. Love is love and I had so much fun showing my support.
Let’s Talk Outfit Details
So… I’ve recently become obsessed with Levi’s. I don’t know what took me so long to realize how great the brand is. If I had to pick a brand that I felt embodied my style, Levi’s would for sure be a top one. It’s all about denim, classic (mostly white) tops, graphic tees and pretty affordable prices. No, like I’m actually obsessed. Anyways, I wandered into the store on pay day a few weeks ago because I desperately needed jeans. And I may or may not have walked out with two pair of jeans and this top.
I just love how classic this whole look is and I like that it’s simple, but not boring. The details on this blouse are so pretty and even though I think these shoes go with everything, they are especially perfect with this outfit. You could add a red headband or bandana and a red handbag and this would be the perfect look for Fourth of July.
