For someone who gravitates towards white anything, I find myself incredibly inspired by vibrant colors and bold prints.
Which is probably why I love Miami so much. Now, I’m going to try and not talk too much about my trip since I have a ton of outfit posts coming up where I’m going to pretty much elect myself head of the I heart Miami committee and because I’m so sad to be back home that this might get dark real quick. But, the minute we started descending into Miami, I could already see the immense and diverse colors everywhere. Seriously, I haven’t felt that inspired or happy in a long time and something about being able to see a brightly painted house, an intricate marble work or a bold work of art on every corner really just inspired me.
Which brings me to this dress. The minute I laid my eyes on this print, I knew I had to have it. And the minute I put it on, I knew this dress was made for me. It fits like a glove and just glides over your body. To me, this is the definition of a dress that I can just throw on and go and be so comfortable in. But, the statement print of this dress is still my favorite aspect. I love the way it stands out amongst the trees, marble and brick buildings. And to really play up the print, I added these fun fringe heels, these fun cat eye sunnies and my go-to spiked bracelets.
